Can you believe she's almost 6 months old! It has been a very busy and hectic time in our lives since our last post. We made an offer on a house in Oro Valley, AZ (about 15 min North of where we're at now) at the end of June and closed on it 3 days ago! It was a pretty stressful transaction as they all can be, but we're almost ready to move to our new home!
So what do you do when you're in the midst of buying a house, moving and raising a 5 month old baby? Adopt a puppy of course! We are idiots, but Mom has always wanted a French Bulldog, and they hardly ever are available from a rescue, so we jumped on it. Louie is about 1 month younger than Dylan, and they became fast friends. He is very sweet and gentle with her, and vice versa. Let's hope it stays that way!
As for sweet young Dylan, she is still doing really well and is overall very happy and content. We think she's starting the teething phase though, so the ride could get a little bumpy for awhile! She loves standing up, grabbing at everything in sight, is doing some rolling over, and showing the motions of wanting to crawl, but not quite there. She's still on breastmilk, but we've been introducing her to little tastes of various foods. She is very curious and has seemed to like everything, so let's hope she's not a picky eater!

Thank goodness you posted these today! I was having symptoms of some sort of withdrawl . . . I love the profile pic and the picture of her all wrapped up with the dog. She is a little fatty and just as cute as ever. Thank you so much! Are y’all going to be attending Katelynn’s wedding in January? We are going to be out at Betsy’s grand-daughter’s Bat Mitzvah then, and some of us are staying for the wedding. We don’t have an invitation, but we will crash it just so we can see everyone!
